Board to Tiers has changed hands, as of January 15th, Tracy McGee took over from Tracey Burgess and vows to maintain the same excellent standard set by Tracey.

As Tracey bids farewell to Board to Tiers, she says: “After nearly 14 years of being here I was looking for a new challenge, I decided to sell the business and Tracy came along. I know that I’ll be leaving it in very good hands, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the variety and challenges that come with cake-making and I’m sure that Tracy will take the business from strength to strength.”

Relishing the challenge of running her own business, Tracy says: “It is an extremely exciting opportunity, the help and support Tracey has given me has been phenomenal. Having long since enjoyed baking as a hobby, I am delighted to turn into a career following 36 years in nursing. I look forward to delivering the same level of quality as Tracey during her successful time running the business.”
